TRAIL CHAMPIONSHIP

Lake Eufaula

October 13th & 14th 2007

The Tracker Marine Bass Circuit held it's season ending championship on Lake Eufaula October 13th and 14th. Windy conditions faced the tournament anglers both days of the championship. These conditions presented several obstacles from batteries running down to electronics quitting on some boats. The fish did not seem to mind though. There were several  nice sacks brought in both days.

The team of Mark Reeves from Grant, Ok and Tommy Gardner from Duncan, OK took first place honors with a very nice two day total of 10 fish weighing 30.88 pounds. For their efforts they took home a new Nitro bass boat powered by Mercury Outboards certificate from Bass Pro Shops of Oklahoma City.

Second place went to Brian Magee from Yukon, Ok and Chris Walls of Oklahoma City, OK. These two anglers worked hard for this tournament by spending several days pre-fishing. It paid off with a $2,000.00 payday! Their impressive 10 fish limit weighed in at 29.38 pounds. They also took home big bass honors with a 6.30 pound large mouth worth $380.00.

Rounding out the top three places were Nick Aber of Piedmont, Ok and Bill Bean. Their 10 fish limit weighed in at 28.06 pounds and earned them a $1,300.00 pay check. Congratulations go out to all of the teams that qualified for the championship.
